I have always had an amazing knowledge of fire/ rescue. I have many photos, truck information etc. on my computer and
decided to go ahead and pursue my long thought idea of having a website. What really gave me much of my inspiration is the
amazing website Cape Cod FD.

With over 100 departments on Long Island it is hard to keep up with the very fluent fleets. I will try to supply as much
information as possible. If you are looking through this site and you see any typos please let me know. Or if you are from a
Long Island FD and you have information to correct me with or have pictures of hard to get to departmets (private, Fire
Island, Fishers Island, Shelter Island etc.) please feel free to contact me at babhits16@yahoo.com and I will credit you on the
site.

Right now I am little under 18 years old so I am not in a department. I am good friends with the Babylon Volunteer Fire
Department and FDNY Engine 308, both departments I wish to join when I become of age. All the patches you see on my site
are mine, yes I actually have them in my collection of over 300. Click Here to see my trade list. I won't usually trade Long
Island Fire or Police patches. I might have doubles so don't be afraid to ask.
